Hand Pies Oh My!

This summer has been a whirlwind, with limited time for side baking projects. This month I made some hand pies for a Fourth of July party, paired with different ice creams. I made a reduced berry (straw and black) and white chocolate filling for these hand pies. They came out flaky and delicious and I can’t wait to make more.
